RENO, NV, July 02, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — On the Move Systems (OMVS: OTCPK) is pleased to announce that Robotic Assistance Devices (RAD), its wholly owned subsidiary, has entered into a distribution agreement with two new distributors in California and Arizona for the distribution of Security Control and Observation Tower (SCOT™) units. As part of the distribution agreements, the distributors each entered into rental agreements with RAD to receive one SCOT™ unit each. The distributors are paying for SCOT™ units on a monthly basis. As well one of RAD’s national distributors issued the following press release on its website last week: https://www.aus.com/media-center/press-releases/view-press-release/articleid/1764/allied-universal-teams-with-partner-rad-to-offer-concierge-like-robots
“We are very pleased to be adding to our distribution network,” said Steve Reinharz, President and CEO of RAD. “As we add new distributors, our customer reach is increased and we are able to leverage this reach to expand our footprint of products in the field and increase our recurring revenue.”
RAD is working very closely with its distributors to bring existing and new RAD products to the marketplace and RAD is in discussions with other interested parties to join RAD’s growing distribution network.
SCOT™ units are deployed at client locations based on a rental program paid monthly and remain the property of the Company. Each SCOT™ can generate approximately $60,000 of total revenue for the Company over a 4 year period.
SCOT™ is a standalone, remote, portable, self-sufficient intelligence observation tower designed to expand an organization’s security reach instantly. SCOT™ delivers guarding services at a fraction of the cost and is considerably more affordable than any human or automated solution on the market.
SCOT™ is equipped with artificial intelligence that powers human detection analytics, featuring the longest range detection at low false alarm rates. In addition, SCOT™ debuts the RAD Software Suite, which is a collection of integrated software applications hosted in Microsoft’s Azure Cloud services and allows immediate and mobile access to alerts and controls generated by SCOT™.
The company may post important information about its subsidiary RAD on its website at www.RoboticAssistanceDevices.com and through tweets from RAD President and CEO, Steve Reinharz (https://twitter.com/SteveReinharz).
